Hi, everybody, my name is John Fisher welcome to hiddenvalleyguardians.com, let’s talk about the golf course, you know we had a problem with the golf course which looks like a grave site. It had that graffiti that was painted before we contacted the city to re-paint it and it looked like a slum when you come into this neighborhood and you know what these houses are expensive and it’s a nice neighborhood.

Quite frankly that Golf Course is an eyesore and within 24 hours, Boca code enforcement took care of it and they painted it. Until something is done with that golf course we may have to just live with it just the way it is, but it definitely looks a lot better than it did before.

Again, I want to thank Bill at code enforcement, within 24 hours he took care of it and I think that’s the best they could do. The woman who owns the golf course is a pain in the butt. She’s going through whatever litigation over her prior sale. She’s a good woman she’s not really looking for trouble or looking to make our lives difficult. She’s trying to do the best thing and take care of herself and I respect that there’s an announcement coming in November from her and her lawyers. There’s a lot of wildlife in there. So let’s see what happens in November.

Watching Brant Bridge being closed and seeing the traffic that it created rerouting everybody from Hidden Valley down Hidden Valley and then having to make a left on US-1 or on Dixie Highway and then wait for two full red light cycles on Linton to make that left that should teach us all that if we put any apartments or houses or anything in there unless they rebuilt some roads or widen some roads or something it’s not going to work. By the way, I’ve seen a study on Northwest 2nd Avenue and they got ratings on you to know how overused they are Northwest 2nd Avenue is maxed out.

I want you guys to remember you people that live in Hidden Valley what a pain in the butt it is getting out of this neighborhood because of Brant.
